Before anyone comments rudely, YES, I realize I could fix those concerns by losing weight, but as that has yet to happen, here I am. I just had a lunch of diced fresh fruit and greek yogurt with a side of peanut butter and crackers for protein to last me until dinner when I will have grilled chicken, peas, and maybe some mac n cheese. Fat and disordered are not the same.
How about before anyone comments rudely, they have no right to know what you’re eating. You cannot fix rudeness or misinformation by proving you’re not eating crap. Because the people who say those things are jerks who will never believe us even if we starve ourselves and work out all day long. It makes me mad that you (we/anyone) feels we have to justify our existence.
