I think you’re missing the point. You’re taking offense to something that isn’t aimed at you personally, but is aimed at the morality our culture ingrains into the way we talk about food.
You could just as easily describe the way you eat as “intuitive” eating instead of “clean” eating. If you say you choose to eat “clean,” whether you intend it or not, you’re implying that there is an “unclean” way to eat.
The idea that “younger people” are on all kinds of medications because they don’t eat as well as you is ridiculous. It’s awesome that you’re blessed with good health, but unless you’re a medical doctor and those “younger people” are your patients, you don’t really have any business judging what they’re taking or making assumptions about why they’re taking it.
