I wouldn’t classify your relationship with that person as anyone being “in the friendzone.” I would classify it as a friendship with chemistry. It doesn’t need a name other than that. If you say she’s putting you “in the friendzone,” you are saying you want more and she doesn’t and so she’s stringing you along, and that doesn’t sound like the case. It sounds like you’re both quite aware of what is happening. There is no zone. There are two humans with complex feelings.
