It seems like comparing this to the whole Dolezal thing is basically saying that people can identify as non-binary, but they aren’t. Rachel Dolezal is not black. You can say you identify as a wolf or a different race, but that doesn’t make it reality. Non-binary people are actually really non-binary. If you don’t believe in that, there’s nowhere for this discussion to go, because you’re denying a whole group of people exist.

I don’t identify as a Libertarian, so I’m not really sure why that’s the heart of this conversation. I, personally, don’t believe it’s valid for someone to claim freedom of speech gives them the right to be bigots. I never will, and I don’t really want to argue that point.
