People don’t have a responsibility to themselves to be healthy. That’s a moral judgement that you’re projecting onto other people.

I don’t buy these arguments about health services and the economy etc unless you are placing those expectations on everyone. Do you think that no one should smoke? Drink alcohol? Eat sugar? Drive cars? Participate in sports? Everything we do comes with risk associated, and if you start parsing out which risky things are acceptable and which aren’t, that’s a pretty slippery slope.
