Why argue about this right now? That kind of technology is science fiction. Abortion bans are not actually about sanctity of life. If they were, wouldn’t fertilized embryos in fertility clinics be given these rights? Anything not viable and without brain activity isn’t a baby or child. It’s a potential baby or child.
